- Turnaround Time: Orders ship within 1-3 working days. Orders after 2 pm on Friday may ship the following Monday. Special items may take longer.
- Carrier: UPS is our primary carrier, but we may use others like USPS. All deliveries are handled with care.
- Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all orders when available.
- Rates: $12 flat shipping for orders under $75. Free shipping for orders over $75. Rates may vary for flagpoles and items under $30 or less than 1 lb, which have a $5 shipping fee.
- Backorders: In-stock items ship first. Backordered items ship as soon as they are available, with updates provided via email or phone.
