Refund policy
New merchandise may be returned for refund up to 30 days from the original receipt date. (No refunds on heavily used merchandise; exchange/store credit only.) All returns must include the original sales receipt. Flagsource Southeast does not refund any shipping charges and all returns must be shipped to Flagsource Southeast at the customer's expense. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in like-new condition with the original label/tickets still intact.
Flagsource Southeast does not issue refunds on Special Order merchandise.
By law, Flagsource Southeast reserves the right to take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation or receipt and inspection of merchandise to post refunds to purchasing credit cards.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain large items like flagpoles.
