Shipping policy
Turnaround- Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday are subject to be shipped the following Monday. Special item orders can take longer to ship, but regular updates will be given.
Carrier- We use UPS, FedEx, or the Post Office to ship most flag products. Flagpoles are sent using specialty carriers.
Order tracking- A tracking # is almost always provided by the shipping carrier, and we will update your order with tracking information.
Shipping rates- The rate charged for the shipping is a flat fee of 10$ for any order under 75$. Flagpole shipments will be quoted upon request. 5$ Shipping for items that are 30$ or less and under 1 lb. Please Note: Our free shipping offer applies exclusively to flag orders exceeding $75. However, due to their size and shipping requirements, flagpoles are not included in this promotion. Flagpoles are shipped via large freight trucks, and as such, are subject to separate shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.
