Shipping & Delivery

  • Turnaround Time: Orders ship within 1-3 working days. Orders after 2 pm on Friday may ship the following Monday. Special items may take longer.
  • Carrier: UPS is our primary carrier, but we may use others like USPS. All deliveries are handled with care.
  • Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all orders when available.
  • Rates: $12 flat shipping for orders under $75. Free shipping for orders over $75. Rates may vary for flagpoles and items under $30 or less than 1 lb, which have a $5 shipping fee.
  • Backorders: In-stock items ship first. Backordered items ship as soon as they are available, with updates provided via email or phone.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition. Used items may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • Original Receipt: Returns must include the original sales receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Item Condition: Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original labels/tags attached.
  • Special Orders: No refunds on special order items.
